Snow Removal and Salting Needed

Hello, I am a property manager looking for a dependable person/crew that is able to handle our snow shovelings and salting at two apartment buildings that are about 5 mins away from each other - one near Halsted and Schubert and the other near Newport and Seminary. Our goal is to hire someone for the 2021/2022 winter and all future winters. We are also actively looking for new properties, so more work may be available as those get added to our portfolio of buildings. The scope of work is listed below and I am looking for costs that either include everything on a per month basis (flat monthly rate per building) or per push and per salting basis (per push cost and per salting cost per building). I like to pay my contractors quickly for doing a job well done by using zelle/quickpay if possible. If we agree on per push, you just send me the bill via text or email for salting or number of inches cleared and I'll pay you within a matter of days or even hours, if monthly rate I pay you at the end of each month. Please provide references including phone numbers/emails if you have them of past/current clients. While I want to take your word for it, this is important so I can verify that you are reliable. SCOPE OF WORK Expected Work for Both Buildings: - 0" to 2": Ice melt applied - 2" and above: snow clearing and ice melt applied - Visits to property quickly and sometimes through the night during very heavy snowfalls - Ice melt will be provided for both buildings Building 1 Scope: - 3 sets of stairs with some landings (not mentioned below): 1 is 2 stories tall, 1 is about a half story, and one is 3 stories which has 1 landing needing clearing (in addition to the 2 mentioned below) - 3 paths to unit doors on landings: there are 5 total apartment entrances that will need paths cleared to the stairs mentioned above - Possibly a 50ish foot walkway: A side walkway may be needed as well, but is not 100% at this point. Can add in price if needed down the road. - Plastic shovels needed for metal stairs and landings can be provided Building 2 Scope: - Clearing of front sidewalk about 25 feet - Clearing of 2 sets of stairs: 1 is 2 stories high with 2 landings, 1 is about 1 half story high with 1 landing - Clearing of pathway to first floor apartment door and stairs from sidewalk - Possibly about 75 feet of a small pathway through alley to get to back building.
