We are currently accepting applications for full time field service technicians. We service small and large appliances, commercial and residential customers. Responsibilities include: • Responding to repair requests and having the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose appliance units. • Utilizing tablet and smartphone applications for daily operations. • Working independently as well as working with others to complete a job or project. • Providing excellent customer service that is both courteous and professional. • Maintaining job statuses and records. Requirements: • Must be mechanically inclined. Basic computer skills required. Experience with electrical, refrigeration, or HVAC systems is a plus. • Excellent communication skills. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds. • Clean background check, drug test, and a good driving record.
