I have a foster hamster looking for her forever home! I estimate her to be about a year old, and she’s a syrian hamster. She is very friendly and easy to handle, though like all hamsters it’s best to supervise children when they’re handling as they don’t always understand the need to be gentle. All hamsters will bite if you make them feel threatened! She has never bitten me and i’ve never been scared of her biting me, it’s easy for me to reach in the cage to grab her and take her out for floor time (which she LOVES) She does not have a rehoming fee as I understand their supplies alone can be expensive but I do require proof of a proper habitat before you can take her home :) This includes atleast 600 square inches of unbroken floor space, a 12 inch wheel, and suitable bedding (no softwood shavings, aspen mixed with paper bedding okay) If you would like to buy her current setup I would ask for $80 to cover the expenses of replacing the setup for future foster hamsters - I make no money off of this.
