Description

We are looking for a part time maintenance team member here at the Dayton Kroc Center. We are a campus environment, covering 20 acres, 4 buildings and a sports field. Our maintenance team handles the day-to-day operations needed to make these areas safe, clean and accessible. The ideal candidate must be reliable and able to work Monday through Friday from noon until 6PM with an occasional weekend or holiday. Duties Include: Light building maintenance • General building repairs • Changing lightbulbs – there are thousands on our campus • Assist with light electrical, plumbing, painting projects • Carpet cleaning • Floor waxing • Caring for and properly storing all tools and machinery Grands Maintenance • Snow removal • Leaf and debris removal • Care and cleaning of sports field turf • Trash collection and removal Event Setup/Tear Downs • Assist with table/chair configuration and setup for events • Taking down all tables and chairs and properly storing them • Assist with the setup and take down of all inflatable devices and properly move to storage area General • Delivery mail and packages • Assist as needed with moving things around campus • Assist with general maintenance on all vehicles and machinery • Maintain an appropriate inventory of all cleaning supplies • Janitorial support as requested
