We buy properties in the DMV, and we need a driver to help identify properties in PG County that look blighted, ignored, distressed – basically homes that need tons of TLC (tender loving construction). As the driver, you will use an app on your smartphone to easily report what you find. Your progress and time will be captured using the app. This is an excellent opportunity for a rideshare driver (Uber, Lyft) or freelancer who wants to supplement their income with similar, more stable work. Requirements: • Valid driver’s license. • Reliable transportation. • Reliable smartphone. • Must be comfortable working against hourly and daily quotas. • Good work ethic. Pay is $20 / hour.
