We are Gu-Wi Gutters and Windows! We are currently looking to build out our team of Gutter Installers. If you have experience in this field we would love to work with you. We are looking for both experienced Lead Installers and entry level Assistants who want to be trained. LEAD INSTALLERS have at least 3 years experience building and repairing seamless gutters. Knowledge of 5k and 6k systems, downspouts, proper angles, installation techniques, gutter machines, gutter styles, knowledge of fascia construction and gutter related tools of the trade, etc. If you are skilled and experienced, we will pay up to $30/hr+bonuses+commissions. If you don't have experience, then we can train you and teach you everything you need to know. We will train you to become an expert installation technician. The work is labor intensive. It will require moving ladders from sun up to sun down. It will require you to be able to measure accurately, use math to calculate deductions quickly, and to precisely handle several power tools which will be provided. We also have a home maintenance division of our company. We Clean Roofs, Windows, Gutters, Patios, Decking... everything outside the home. We also clean commercial and highrise buildings if you have the desire and talent to clean while repelling 40 stories in the air! We are looking for a self-motivated, hard working technician; someone who appreciates details & a job well done. Also someone who is organized and treats their team members, customers, and equipment with the utmost respect. You must be comfortable with heights and comfortable on ladders. We are looking for either new technicians to the trade or lead technicians who already have experience in the field. Assistants in the maintenance field start between $17-20/hr with no experience, and we will train you. We will bump up your pay as you learn and take on more responsibilities.. We are also willing to look at commission structures if you have your own business and want us to supplement your schedule.
