For the first time since fall 2019, Girls on the Run - DC is hosting its end-of-season Community 5K in person at Anacostia Park on Sunday, November 21. Come out and celebrate a season of hard work and fun! This noncompetitive 5K is open to girls, boys, parents, and community members of all ages. Pre-race fun/activities, and pre-registration packet pick-up begin at 7 am. The race begins at 8 am. Early registration is now through Sunday, October 17 at a discounted price. Girls on the Run - DC is a non-profit that provides physical activity-based youth development programming for 3rd-8th grade girls in all 8 Wards of Washington, DC and parts of Prince George's County.
