Senior Citizens Home Assistance Service Inc., (SCHAS) is the oldest in-home care agency in the area. SCHAS is improving the quality of life for the elderly, persons with disabilities by providing accessible care and supportive services through compassionate personnel. We are looking for people with the heart of a caregiver to help fulfill our mission in Sevier County, and we are also located in several other counties. As a SCHAS Caregiver, you will take care of the house cleaning and personal care of your client. But being a SCHAS Caregiver is more. You will be there to provide the companionship for your client needs and peace of mind for family members that their loved one is being well cared for. You must be 18 years old, have reliable transportation, a valid Tennessee driver's license, current auto insurance, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and all background checks. You must be willing to work one weekend out of the month, maintain confidentiality at all times and have excellent professional and personal references.
