Wanted: Musicians to join established Classic Rock Band

Hey there, if you're reading this, you must be looking to join a band or, at the very least, are curious, so by all means, read on We're members of a classic rock band ISO a permanent guitarist AND a keyboard player to join our bassist, drummer and female lead vocalist for 2022. What we're NOT looking for are hired guns. We know plenty of good musicians who will step in and help us out if needed. Committing to practices is what you sign up for when you join a band. The right fit will be a guitarist and a keyboard player who WANT to be in a band and who understand one can't learn by osmosis! You will need to do your "homework" and come prepared to practice with the other members on a regular basis. Ours has been describes as a "awesome eclectic set list" and since the term "classic rock" can cover a whole lot of ground, here are a few examples of what we play: Rascals, Etta James, Neil Young, Wilson Pickett, Tom Petty, Tedeschi Trucks, Melissa Etheridge, Redbone, AC/DC, The Temptations...you get the idea. Current members are in late 40s to late 60s and hail from Bergen, Morris and Rockland counties. The band is a hobby...not our source of income and prior to 2020 we averaged 2-3 gigs a month - understandably, less this year. Recent life changes and personal responsibilities have made it necessary for us to reinvent ourselves but we definitely want to be ready to hit the ground running come February 2022. We're NOT looking to make thousands and there is no telling how many gigs we'll get next year. For the moment it's about finding the right people, playing music together and enjoying what comes of it. If you're SERIOUSLY interested, drop us a line. We won't bite! LOL Thanks and stay safe.
