Purpose of the Job: The purpose of this job is to join a team of warehouse workers who pick, select, palletize and store goods in our warehouse. This team member is also able to deliver our equipment to clinics across the country with the ability to test and ensure the unit is in good working condition upon delivery. Warehouse: All aspects of the shipping/receiving process; including but not limited to coordinating unloading of inbound shipments, picking and staging of timed outbound shipments, verifying required shipping paperwork and meeting timed loads and outbound schedules Outstanding knowledge of warehouse safety, cleanliness standards, equipment and operations Operating power equipment, forklift and use of tools. Moving pallets by hand, hand truck, electric pallet jack, or manual pallet jack. Packaging merchandise for shipment. Finding stock and merchandise in the warehouse. Ensuring correct labels are on all stored pallets. Loading and unloading trucks from ground level or platforms. Stocking incoming orders onto shelves. Delivery and Service: Ability to drive a van or 26-foot truck to deliver and pick up equipment. Deliver, set up and test equipment at delivery address. Maintaining a clean, organized and safe work environment. Strong verbal and communication skills with the ability to communicate to all levels of personnel. Achieve a minimum 4.8 avg Delivery NPS Ability to follow procedure and safety requirements. Inventory Management Matching quantities and items being shipped against the invoice. Assisting in inventory counts. Using computer equipment to generate labels. Utilize NetSuite to receive incoming inventory (Will Train) Organizing stock in the warehouse based on inventory assignments / needs. Position will be full time after a trial 30 days and review.
