Description

We are hiring for a process coordinator in the Riverside, MO area! This position will help oversee the processes of the warehouse and production line to ensure both are working as affectively, and efficiently as possible! Hours - Monday - Thursday - 6am - 4:30pm - Some Fridays as needed Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 1. Maintain the engineering change order system. 2. Audit technical drawing BOM’s to ensure compliance with standards. 3. Coordinate between engineering, purchasing, and operations to ensure BOM’s are up to date and meet current standards. 4. Provide shop-floor support on process and quality issues, leadership in coordinating resolutions with other internal functions (Quality, Purchasing, etc.). 5. Lead and solicit suggestions and input from all team members for continuous process improvement. 6. Ability to train new and existing personnel for using any new/improved processes. 7. Investigate improvements in tooling design/technology and develop new tooling vendors for continued improvement in cost, delivery and solutions. 8. Skilled with Continuous Improvement initiatives to ensure processes stay current and fresh based upon any industry standards updates. 9. Provide design review representation for manufacturing, review new product designs for tooling standards and capabilities. 10. Estimate manufacturing costs on new products, establish and maintain time standards, and standard data elements for processes and equipment. 11. Must understand and support all Quality, Product Safety, and Health/Safety/Environmental/Energy policies. 12. Must understand and adhere to all relevant statutory or regulatory compliance obligations. 13. Must understand, support and adhere to the Integrated Management System policies, procedures and instructions. 14. Must understand and support relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), as defined in the goal tree. Skills and Competencies • Advanced knowledge of processes and associated materials. • Advanced knowledge of Engineering Design Processes, Purchasing Processes, Inventory Optimization, and replenishment strategies. • Has proven ability to manage and coordinate the business process design and implementation. • Able to work in a team environment and with management at all levels, suppliers & customers. • Managing & Improving Processes - Describes the ability to plan, prioritize, monitor, and improve work processes and allocate resources. • Has knowledge of supplier communication tools. • Strategy & Vision - Describes the ability to develop strategies aligned to the organization's vision, putting them into action and taking a big picture view, considering future influences • Knowledgeable about complete Order-to-Delivery related processes.
