Local property management seeks a highly motivated full-time maintenance technician to join our team servicing our properties in the Cincinnati area. Candidates should be capable of working with little or no supervision. Applicants should be comfortable with the following: Drywall repair, minor electrical, plumbing, trim carpentry, subfloor repair and framing, HVAC experience a plus. Should have own tools, transportation & amp; valid drivers license.
