Description

Looking for someone with at least 1 year of construction or handyman/woman experience (painting, concrete, drywall). Must be able to do miscellaneous repairs, work independently or with a group, have a valid driver’s license. 40 hours per week plus overtime (if available). You must have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands. Needs to be self-motivated and able to work independent of others. Must be willing to learn. Responsibilities Work details could include: • Painting over graffiti • Repair damaged drywall • Demolitions of building/office interiors • Clean out site from debris and discarded material • Will drive company vehicle • Must have clean driving record and be dependable. • Needs to be able to pass background and drug screening. • Install bumper stops • Able to follow instructions • Good reporting and communications skills • Very good knowledge of English and Spanish (spoken and written)
