General Contractor is looking to bring on an experienced, OSHA certified officer that will man all jobsites. This candidate will visit each jobsite throughout the week, ensuring safety measures are in place, and conduct weekly OSHA safety meetings with our field personnel. He/she must have a current OSHA card, and be current on what's OSHA compliant as it relates to jobsites. This candidate must have 15-20 years of experience in new construction, and know his/her way around jobsites during all phases of work: excavations, foundations, etc. We are looking for this candidate to also maintain the cleanliness of each jobsite, making sure the dumpsters and trash containers aren't spilling over, the fencing is still in place with no fabric hanging from the fence, as well as making sure the grass is kept not only at our construction sites, but at our vacant lots as well.
