Kimco Staffing is looking for Onsite Representatives to join our team in Redlands, Perris, and Mira Loma! Positions and Locations: - Redlands: 2nd Shift Onsite Representative - Mira Loma: Onsite Recruiter - Perris: Onsite Representative Job Responsibilities Onsite: · Answer phone (high call volume) · Assist with placing associates to work · Assist with administrative needs · Confirm onsite employees for the next day of work · Handle workers comp situations · Preform safety walks in multiple buildings · Handle after-hours employee/ client concerns · Conduct safety tailgate meetings · Answer client emails/ calls with requests and concerns · Make badges for the next day Requirements: · Must be well versed with Microsoft office programs · Must be able to multi-task · Must have at least 1 year of high volume office experience/ staffing · Must be open to work daily overtime, weekends, holidays if needed · Must have high school diploma or equivalent · Must be bilingual · Able to pass a drug screen and detailed background check Any 2nd shift position will train on 1st and eventually go to 2nd shift.
