Description

The Talent Sourcer will source qualified candidates, build a talent pipeline, and actively engage with the talent market. This individual will be an expert at searching for candidates, using the latest technology and search techniques to uncover talent in competitive markets. S/he will act as the liaison between recruiters and the talent market by creating strong relationships both internally and externally. Duties and Responsibilities · Execute effective sourcing strategies that generate talent pools for both high volume and niche positions. Search resumes on job boards and develop a talent pool. · Post job ads and partner with recruiters to ensure jobs are being effectively marketed. Collaborate with recruiters to prioritize position based on client needs. · Partner with recruiters to develop candidate profiles that proactively address client needs. · Write creative and compelling candidate outreach that can be measured and tracked to ensure high engagement rate. · Maintain current market data on candidates and competition, including conducting compensation surveys and other market conditions to support recruitment campaigns and increase company presence and candidate engagement. · Actively utilize online platforms, social media and other technology to ensure positions are highly visible. Analyze performance and adjust postings accordingly. · Create an exceptional experience for all candidates and co-workers throughout the hiring process with a commitment to professional and timely communication. · Measure recruiting success and work to consistently exceed expectations and report on goals in weekly updates to the team. Maintain dashboards and metrics to demonstrate effectiveness of sourcing campaigns and processes. · Responsible for maintaining information in our Applicant Tracking System to ensure we are taking advantage of efficiencies and reporting opportunities. · Assist with onboarding for VMS systems. · Act as partner and back-up to Branch Coordinator, assist with all pre-employment related tasks (i.e., I-9/E-verify, background checks, drug screens, direct deposit set-up, etc.) · Other related duties and projects as requested.
