The Position We are looking for an energetic and highly detail oriented candidate to join our warehouse team on a part time basis starting immediately. This position will be responsible for packing orders, managing the organization of the warehouse, as well as running our fulfillment process on an as-needed basis. They will work in our LA warehouse, and report into the COO. It is a quick moving environment that requires a collaborative and extremely focused approach to all tasks large and small. Responsibilities Constructing Ghia shipper boxes, and picking/packing/kitting with order contents Coordinating, purchasing and printing shipping labels through Shopify/Shippo Writing, printing and kitting order notes Reviewing all orders to ensure proper contents are being sent to customer Ability to move quickly while staying organized Labeling as needed Coordinating international shipments Assisting in receiving at warehouse Verifying inventory levels on a rolling basis Inputting and coordinating shipping for specialty custom/manual orders, such as PR Samples and Community Gifting Requirements Comfortable working with Google Sheets & Pages Knowledge of Shopify and Shippo Available 5 days per week 8am-5pm Must be based out of Los Angeles, starting immediately
