Hunt Health Group is coming to your area very soon. Before we arrive, we’re looking to start recruiting for Community Advocates and Wellness Ambassadors for short-term contracts and permanent positions. WHO ARE WE: We’re a community health cooperative that provides health and wellness resources and services to communities across the US. We work closely with local healthcare and insurance providers to sponsor free community engagement services. Very soon, we’ll be looking to engage with the Medicaid members in your area. In fact, 1 in 3 people in your area is on Medicaid. In some communities 1 and 2 of these Medicaid members suffer from a chronic illness. To make matters worse, COVID-19 has made it increasingly hard for some to get the access to healthcare and wellness services that they so desperately need. That’s why we formed the Hunt Health Group cooperative to start addressing the care gaps and access to care that some communities face in your area. DESCRIPTION: In the upcoming weeks, we’re looking for Wellness Ambassadors (Community Advocates) to engage with people in their community. You will help people take two brief health assessments and perform a blood pressure screening. The assessments and screening take about 10-15 minutes to complete. Must be 18+ years to participate in this assignment. PAY: We pay $1000 plus potential bonuses for your community engagement duties. We issue payments to those that complete the assignment between Friday and Tuesday of each week. Weekly assignments take about 3-4 days to complete. DUTIES: Collect the following information from your friends, family, and neighbors: Health Risk Assessment (HRA) Mental Health Assessment (MHA) Blood pressure screening If you’d like to be considered for this role please do the following: Go to Signup Take your HRA Take your MHA Create a Community Forum Add your primary care provider to the app (If you do not have one, Google one that is nearby you and add it to the database) Go to “My Community Advocate’s Corner” in the app and view the additional training resources Those that complete the above steps will be contacted soon prior to us launching our services in your area. This assignment does not require you to submit a resume. All candidates that complete the above requirements will be considered for available open positions.
