Young black men coming together to unpack things that society has pushed us to hold in.
As black men we tend to hold so much of our feelings in. We are oftentimes looked over and expected to not feel pain or show emotion. Trauma has plagued some of us since birth and the expectation culturally has been that we are soft if we speak on our feelings. This stops us from being the best that we can be as black men, fathers, and partners. Join me in a moderated discussion with black male therapist Cedric Hoard and a group of young black men as we take the first step to healing.
