I'm looking for a General Property Maintenance/Handyman person and someone else who can do landscaping work on rental properties. You do need to be comfortable working in/around residential homes. Both positions are on-going/long-term and can be paid in CASH. I have plenty of work, every-day, full-time hours. If you only need part-time work, let me know as I do have some tasks that can be flexed around another job. I'm flexible on criminal history and have helped others get off probation and get their license back. I try to take care of those who take care of me.
