Looking for someone to subcontract my rental property lawn route. Must be experienced in lawn care and have own equipment/ zero turn mower/ insurance. Will need to be drug free, trustworthy, hard worker, detail oriented. This position is available immediately, and lawns are weekly all through winter. I can discuss more details over phone with qualified candidates. Right now There are between aprox 40 properties to be serviced weekly. Hopefully more coming. Each lawn pays $20 and range from 4000 to 8000 sqft lots in tampa and surrounding cities. Each property needs Mow, weed eat, edge, blow, spray beds, take pics. Must have phone to take pics of each property and work completed through ppw app. All jobs have due dates and must be completed on time
