Small apartment community looking for an experienced, carpenter's helper to hire on a subcontractor basis. We are located on Lambright St. between Himes and Habana. This is a full time project, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri. This project will last 1-2 years. Applicant must be able to pass a background check. Applicant must must have a minimum of 1 year carpentry experience in exterior wood repair and must have their own basic tools. You will assist in helping the main Carpenter in; removing and replacing rotted wood, cutting wood, taking measurements, replacing window frames, and siding on the buildings. References required.
