Job Duties Include: Emergency services and water extractions. Performing demolitions and light construction. Setting up and monitoring drying equipment. Debris removal of drywall, cabinetry, flooring etc.. Trained in MICA, & able to do sketches is a plus. Providing updates to your direct supervisor daily. Must maintain a safe work record and identify potentially unsafe working scenarios or conditions. Coordinate responsibilities and tasks with other technicians on the job site. Good communication skills. Mechanical and technical skills is a plus. Able to drive company vehicles. Upon completion of each job you must update the Job system (MICA) Upholding all company safety policies. Upholding all company policies and procedures. Schedule: Monday to Friday On-Call After Hours Weekends Typical start time: 7:30 AM Typical end time: 5:00 PM *Weekly Pay This Job Is Ideal for Someone Who Is: IICRC Certified. Dependable and reliable. People oriented and enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects. Adaptable and flexible and enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts and changes. Detail oriented, someone that focuses on the details of work and following company procedures. Has a high stress tolerance and thrives in high-pressure environments and situations. Work Location: Tampa Bay Area mostly (Could be state or nationwide at times). Compensation: Pay is negotiable based on experience and certifications. Job Type: Full-Time
