Join Skål Beer Hall for a five course wine pairing dinner as part of our Valhalla Dinner Series! End a Fall weekend with our Valhalla Dinner Series! For our next dinner, we welcome our friends from the San Juans, The Orcas Project. We met Cole and team on Orcas Island years ago and are excited to finally collaborate for an event. They'll join us on Sunday 11/7 for a five course dinner and wine pairing worthy of the gods! We are stoked to be featuring a wide range of their wines from local vintners across the PNW. All five courses will include a 3oz wine pour. There will be two sessions at 4p and 730p. The menu for the evening includes: Warm Up: Dungeness crab salad with fennel paired with 2020 Grenache BlancFrom the Cauldron: Classic bouillabaisse paired with 2019 ChardonnayFrom the Woods: Grilled squab with roasted haricot vert paired with 2020 Gamay NoirFrom the Pasture: Chestnut and fig stuffed pork roulade paired with 2018 TempranilloFrom the Baker: Marionberry Mille-feuille paired with 2019 Red BlendYou'll have the opportunity to hear from and engage with Cole as well as our Executive (bearded) Chef, Jon, in an intimate setting.
