Job description We are looking for a few men with experience in roofing/construction for a part-time job that could potentially lead to full-time work (depending on experience and work ethic). This is an employment opportunity for individuals looking to work with a smaller company working mostly in residential roofing. We are not looking for crews at this time. We will train the right individual but some experience is preferred. Job Responsibilities Repair or replace ROOFING Remove debris from roofs to place materials Install various underlayments Install roofing accessories such as vents and drip edge Installation of various roofing materials such as shingles Requirements Experience as a roofer for 1+ year (not required but preferred) Experience with shingle, tile, flat, and metal (would be a plus) Excellent carpentry skills Experience using various hand tools and roofing equipment such as nail guns while taking safety rules into consideration Ability to handle materials like wood or asphalt for different roofing styles and tasks Physical strength and good balance Ability to work at heights for long hours Job title Roofer Helper Company Storm Ready Roofing Inc.
