Join Us For A Community Tree Planting In Town Center Join us for a Fall Tree Planting event in Town Center at the Lake-to-Lake Path Trail that forks near Lake Kittamaquandi. Registration for the event is required as spaces are limited. Register for one event or both! The event is being presented by the Town Center Community Association and Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT) in cooperation with the Columbia Association (CA). All you need is to bring gloves, a comfortable pair of shoes and yourself.....we bring the rest! The Weed Warrior program provides the opportunity to work with CA staff to begin the process of replacing trees in and around Lake Kittamaquandi. We are saving the planet one tree at a time. Meeting location on the Lake-to-Lake Trail Path near intersection of Vantage Point Road and Little Patuxent Parkway: GPS Coordinates Latitude: 39.219105Longitude: -76.854404 Area being worked on is the cross point on the Lake-to-Lake Trail Path. The mission of the Columbia Town Center Community Association (TCCA) is to encourage and support the highest quality of life possible in our community by promoting responsibility and engagement, creating unity and a sense of community throughout our neighborhoods, foresting a sense of security, advocating for the interests of Town Center and cultivating appreciation for the uniqueness of Town Center an urban community in a suburban setting. TCCA office are located inside Historic Oakland manor.
