I am looking for a rental in Jefferson County and would like to work with a private landlord if possible. We’ve technically been homeless since May and would really like to find home again. Some of the things we are looking for -At least two bedrooms -Anywhere within Jefferson County Mo -Pet friendly (we have a dog) -No more than 1200 a month -Works with a prior eviction (its a really stupid situation and can explain at a later time) We have referances, cosigner, and good rental history (again I’ll be more than happy to explain everything) we both work full time and have good steady income as well.
