Friday, October 15th, 4-7pm, bring your old blankets and your wallets to our taproom, as we work together to help the pigs at Hog Haven Farm, a not-for-profit pig rescue near Denver. Penelope The Pig is our guest host, and will regale you with piggy stories, piggy photo opportunities, and even, perhaps, piggy kisses! Bring your old blankets to keep the pigs at Hog Haven Farm warm this winter. A pig's natural short coat is not enough to keep the chill away. Buy a Pig Nose Mask with your cash donation to show your support and enable your own piggy photo ops! Renew your blanket supply by purchasing a new Burns Family Artisan Ales logo 60"x60" fleece blanket. 25% of each new blanket purchase will be donated to Hog Haven. The Owners: Wayne Burns and Laura Worley are Michigan transplants, establishing roots in Colorado because of the healthy brewing scene here and proximity to adventures in great mountains and surreal slot canyons. Our brewery is an extension of our roots with our family and friends, brewing and culinary experience, and our deep respect for craft skills, innovation and building reasons to celebrate life. Wayne Burns is a 1994 Seibel Institute & 1998 Doemens Academie professionally trained brewer with 25+ years of professional brewing experience at breweries in Michigan and Colorado. Wayne is a specialist in crafting delicious, cellarable 10%-22% alcohol by volume [ABV] beers and wildly appreciated, award-winning lower-ABV ales and lagers. Laura Worley is a Certified Cicerone®, professional brewer and chef. Laura’s culinary background brings depth to our recipe development, helps structure our style selections, and creates many of the food and beer pairing options for Burns Family Artisan Ales. Her years of brewery and restaurant management experience and successes as a founder/entrepreneur give Burns Family Artisan Ales the excitement and power to be a leader in the world of craft libations.  .
