General Contracting Company Seeking experienced full time Masons & Roofers to join our team. (Commercial & Residential) We have been in business for over 20 years and continue to grow. Mason: MUST have minimum of 5 years experience with Stucco, Stone veneer, EIFS, Brick, Block, concrete flat work and Unilock pavers. Ability to read plans and layout grades and elevations. Drivers license preferred! Fluent in English! Ability to communicate well with team members and clients. References and photos of previous work preferred. Roofing: MUST have minimum of 5 years experience with modified Bitumen roofs, (Torch & Cold Applied), EPDM, TPO, Fleeceback EPDM/TPO, Liquid roof and PVC roof. You must have the 40 hour SST card for any work in the NYC area, but you only need an OSHA 30 or OSHA 10 to work on Long Island projects. So if you want to work in NYC, you need the 40 hour SST card. We are looking for someone that is reliable and will work everyday. No excuses! Experience on commercial construction projects as needed. You must be able to work independently. We are looking for an individuals that can work in a quick, efficient manner, can take direction, and work as a productive member of a crew.
