Seeking to hire a handyperson / maintenance worker for Tuxedo Hospitality Role and Responsibilities: - Ensure the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds and common areas of the properties meet the Company's standards for appearance, safety, and overall functionality - Complete routine maintenance and repairs equipment of our venues - Sources items and equipment for repairs and maintenance - Basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical and HVAC knowledge - Ability to safely use common power and hand tools - Strong communication skills with venue leadership and ownership - Must have flexible availability and ability to access downtown NYC with ease What we are offering: - Competitive compensation - Dining discounts - Insurance Licensed individual preferred.
