Property manager seeking a few strong people to add to clean out team. Labor consists of junk removal such as moving big furniture out and throwing small items into garbage bags and into dumpsters. Also includes construction demo. We currently have one property that needs to be cleaned out this week. Pay is $150 per day (8 hr days). We will have more jobs in the future but this is not full time work. These will be sporadic jobs. As properties become vacant, the property manager will call you to clean out the house.
