I have a long list of stuff in and around the house, plus some construction type work. If you work out, Twenty hours a week, hours and terms TBD. But to start, just three hours on a day that works for us both, at $15 per hour. No need to be licensed Background check (at my expense, not yours) required before I'll have you to the house. If that's a bummer, I understand. But it's necessary for our security. Must be vaccinated against covid; but masks not required. $15 per hour, the first time you come (non-negotiable), maximum three hours (unless we agree to longer), preferably from 2 to 5 PM on a weekday or more flexible for weekend. After that, if you are worth more (special skills, etc.), I'll give you more. But the first time you come, it'll be $15 per hour (cash). If you want more per hour after that, tell me how much and why. I'll either meet your ask or we'll part friends. Initially you'd be paid in cash, once your wages reach $600 we'll give a 1099 or put you on payroll for $20/hr.
