Looking for a person wanting to make extra monthly income on a regular basis. Need someone RELIABLE. Potentially ideal for a retired person looking for some extra money. My needs are someone to mow my lawn as necessary when its mowing season, someone to snowblow my driveway when its crappy season. I have a snowblower as well as a riding snowblower. If you happen to be able to fix shit, all the better as I could use you fix/replace things my tenants break as they happen. This is an ideal job for someone who lives near Hudson or better yet, in Hudson and wants a check on a monthly basis to take care of the lawn and driveway and on call, within reason for broken things. If you can fix things great, if not, no big deal. I am truly looking for the lawn/driveway guy. If it doesn't snow you still get paid, if it snows deal with it. The grass grows so during mowing season you'll have a lawn to do weekly along with weed-whacking and generally keep the yard in good shape. Perfect job for the guy who likes to putz around and keep busy as you want. We can work out a monthly wage and go from there.
