Puppy for Rehoming

I have a tiger brindle puppy to be rehomed. My boyfriend found her a month ago when somebody pulled over in front of him on a major highway and tossed a puppy out into the road. He thought it was trash until it moved and then he stopped to get her. This is a female puppy, about 10-12 weeks old now, I'm not sure how old she is. shes still fairly small but I have a feeling shes going to be quite big. I'm only asking a 30 dollar rehoming fee for her so this doesnt happen again. I've spent time getting her weight up because she was emaciated when my boyfriend found her, and shes now used to other dogs, kids, and cats. She still looks skinny because she sucks in her stomach when eating or drinking water (idk why) She loves to play and makes a lot of noise so if this isn't the dog for you please don't text me.
