Class is beginner friendly for ages 9-12 and conducted in a fun and safe environment. Parents can expect their children to gain tools necessary to defend themselves and go home safe! Join us for a fun and excited self-awareness, self-protection and & self-defense seminar. Masks are required, and temperatures taken from all attendees.
