We are very pleased to once again be able to bring the creative communities together to celebrate the winners in the American Photography, American Illustration and Int'l Motion Art Awards shows. Festivities include the launch of AP37 and AI40 books – including last year's AP36 and AI39 – and the IMAA9 salon-style screening. In order to do this responsibly and keep everyone safe the venue has updated its ventilation system with hospital-grade MERV-13 filters. We will also be limiting attendance to 350, so there may be a short wait for entry depending on crowd size and flow. The following COVID mitigation rules, protocols and waiver will be in place for all guests and staff while inside the event and all work areas:• Pre-registration required to attend. • Temperature check at the door. • Proof of full vaccination. No exceptions. Gov't issued app or CDC card accepted. • A mask covering nose and mouth worn at all times, except while eating and drinking. • We highly recommend getting a COVID test within 72 hours of the event, but proof of a negative result will not be required to enter. • Prior to attending, you have not been in contact with someone with confirmed or suspected COVID symptoms without completing a 14-day quarantine. • If you have a fever or any cold or flu-like symptoms we ask that you stay home. • As an attendee, I am fully responsible for my own safety and actions during my attendance. I hereby knowingly assume the risk of contracting COVID-19, injury, harm and loss associated with the Activity, and release the organization from any and all liabilities or claims.
