Description
Apple picking, live music, petting zoo and more! Join The Arts and Sciences Graduate Council for a day trip to Barton Orchards Boos and Brews festival. We will provide bus transportation and back. Each ticket will include Pick-Your-Own-Apple bag, hay rides, petting zoo, and live music. For more information, visit their website. Note: Lunch will NOT be provided. The farmer's market will be open with food and drink options. Ticket Eligibility Tickets are available for purchase by GSAS Masters (M.A) and Ph.D. students in recognized constituent departments of ASGC ONLY. Each GSAS student can buy one ticket. See Appendix I of the ASGC Constitution for recognized departments [LINK] If you are not a GSAS Masters or Ph.D. student your ticket order will be cancelled and you will NOT get a refund. We have water, food, and beverages available for purchase within the farm. Upon entering the farm, our security may ask to check your bags as posted on the website and at the entrance. The use of drones, aerial photography, and professional photography is prohibited unless you have written permission from the owner prior to your visit. What are my transportation options for getting to and from the event?GSAS will provide transportation to and from the event. Bus pick up and drop off will be at Amsterdam and 116th St at 10:00 AM and approximately 5:00 PM respectively. Travel time will be around 1:15 hours. Masks required on bus. Can I bring a guest?While we wish we can accommodate all students and their guests, due to COVID-19 policy, only CUID holders are eligible to buy tickets. As such, this event is limited to GSAS graduate students only. The event is sold out. Will there be more tickets available?We release all tickets at once. If the event is sold out, there are no more tickets available at this time. You can add yourself to the waitlist. If a ticket becomes available you will have FOUR (4) hours to complete your purchase. What's the refund policy?If you can no longer attend, you may request a refund (in fact we encourage this!). Your refund will have the EventBrite and payment processing fees deducted.
