On July 21, 1996, one of the most influential battles in Breakin’ history happened in Historic Filipinotown of Los Angeles, CA between Renegades and Style Elements; both crews respectively led by Filipino-American Bboys: Wicket & Remind. During October's Filipino American History Month, HiFi Kitchen honors the 25-year anniversary of this historic battle with an outdoor screening of Radiotron's Renegades vs Style Elements followed by a discussion panel featuring Wicket, Remind & more! Join us for food, music, and cyphers as we celebrate the impact Filipinos and Fil-Ams have had in the world of Breaking, while empowering the community to recognize their ability to change the world.
