Join Tai Chi hosted by Northwestern's Postdoctoral Association, every Wednesday at 5:30pm. The duration of the class is around 1 hour.
Tai Chi Quan is a meditation in martial arts motion and originated in China in the 17th century. The healthier benefits of practicing Tai Chi Quan include meditation, fitness, aging prevention, and chronic illnesses healing, lifetime activities, and self-defense skills.
Please wear flat shoes and loose pants.
