Handyman/repair/maintenance person Two story building at the NW corner of NW 24th & Thurman needs a handyman for occasional building repairs/maintenance ranging from small quick projects that take an hour or two, up to bigger projects that may take a day or two. Typically, this amounts to 2-6 hours per month. Prefer daytime availability. We are looking for someone with the ability to do a little bit of everything. Must have own tools. Hourly compensation is negotiable. Skills/experience needed vary but could include: • Painting/spackling • Basic plumbing repairs • Bathroom/kitchen grout and sink repairs including disposals • Basic electrical repairs • Replace light fixtures/switches • Basic carpentry skills • Door, gate, and door hardware repairs • Minor roof repairs/silvering What is generally your availability? And response time? What do you charge? Our tenants depend on us to hire responsible, honest, and skilled service people when it comes to going into apartments and working around the building.
