This course will be taught by Dr. Eileen Maggiore, adjunct faculty at Benedictine University, theological instructor and Mission speaker. This 9 week course is part of the Institute for Pastoral Leadership, Catechetical Coordinator/Leader curriculum and is available for non-registered students to audit. As such, this course will not require homework assignments to be turned in. This course examines the pneumatological dimension of theology in God’s creative, redemptive and sanctifying activity in salvation history as it is witnessed to in Scripture and Tradition. Topics include the role of the Spirit in various fields of theological concern: Trinity, Christology, ecclesiology, ecumenism, eschatology, sacraments and grace.
