Zydeco music at Barrels & Amps... A native of Nice, France, Jean-Pierre found himself in southern Louisiana and established his career in Houston in the early 70's. Fronting the Zydeco band "Jean-Pierre and the Zydeco Dots" the band performed all over Texas and Louisiana as well as the US and internationally. Winning numerous music awards along the way including 4 straight "Best Zydeco Band" by the Houston Press, Blanchard has performed from small clubs to some of the largest festivals in the world. Doors open at 7pm. The Music begins at 8pm. Must be 21 with a valid ID to enter. A Texas bar and taproom that features live entertainment and private event space on the beautiful Georgetown Square.
