Excavator for new house

I am looking for an excavator to dig the foundations for a new house. It is a 1400 sf basement with attached garage. All spoils will be left on site after backfill is completed. It would be ideal if you could also run the water and sewer to the house. There are 6 larger trees (12" +) that need to be removed as part of this work. I can pay cash at the end of each day if that is preferred. I am ready to go ASAP!
