Crucial Cleaners is looking for a self-driven and professional cleaner to join our small team! Most of our current work is in the Liberty Lake area and ranges from mid-day to midnight. The position will be roughly 30 hours a week to start with room to grow as new contracts are acquired. Most work will be done as a two person “divide and conquer” team so you must be able to work both independently and as a team. We work with some amazing people and actively deny contracts that have a negative atmosphere. There will be some training involved regardless of past experience, but the preferred person will be: -Driven to make things as new as possible through cleaning on a regular basis -Not be fully list driven (be able to quickly identify things that are dirty/used and clean them) -Strive to complete contracts in a timely manner (It’s not intensive hard work, but it does require some level of hustle) -Represent the company in a professional manner and appearance Due to some of the offices and types of businesses we clean for you must be fully vaccinated against SARS-CoV-2 and will be required to wear a mask during cleaning. These are requirements put on us by the state in addition to several offices. A full background/credit check must also be passed. Pay starts at $14.50/hr and will be raised to $15/hr as soon as you are capable and can be depended on to work without supervision. Additional pay increases will be given depending on further dependability and cleaning ability after a 6-month probationary period. You must have a Driver’s License and a dependable vehicle is required in order to reach contracts (You must be able to drive in the normal snowy conditions we have in the area, but contracts can be delayed in extreme conditions).
