Join us for a day of classes to help further the research for a cure for breast cancer! In support of breast cancer awareness month, we have partnered with Susan G. Komen to help raise money for breast cancer cure research. A portion of proceeds from each class will be donated to the Susan G. Komen foundation. This class is the best of both worlds! Our signature 30 minute rhythm-based ride followed by a 30 minute vinyasa flow. We are a boutique fitness club that provides intense beat-driven workouts while also cultivating a competitive atmosphere. At our core, we are a place of acceptance, inclusion and positivity. Our core values combined with our rigorous classes and training opens the door for members to find the best version of themselves. This is our Ritual.
