Any Rehearsal Spaces Available?

This is a long shot, but I'm hoping to find a good, affordable rehearsal spot for my band to practice at once a week. I've been been looking for a long time, and I'm just not finding anything. I'm okay with sharing the space with other musicians who are trustworthy. My wishlist is to find something on the north side, that is big enough for me to store a lot of stuff (see below), and where we can play on Sunday afternoons with some flexibility where I could drop by on a whim if available. I have a full stack and half stack, a pedal board, and some guitars I'd want to store there, and I have a PA with big speakers, some mics and microphone stands that I'm willing to share. I've got sound proofing for the walls too if you need it. It would be a bonus if we can share the drums. Please hit me up.
