Girls Geared For Greatness is BACK! We'll celebrate our Raleigh Re-Launch with an afternoon event on Sunday, October 24th from 2:30-4:30pm. This event will be held at Stage Door Dance Productions (Brier Creek) and is open to ages 7-18. This event is FREE and open to the entire community. Featuring inspiring speakers and empowering activities, this is a must attend event for girls that are excited to tap into their leadership potential! Covid-19 Safety Protocols will be followed and face coverings will be required for all attendees.   Girls Geared For Greatness is designed to empower and inspire girls ages 7-18 through meaningful and unique training opportunities, workshops, and seminars.       Founded in 2018 by Chasta Hamilton, the Owner/Artistic Director of Stage Door Dance Productions in Raleigh, NC, Girls Geared For Greatness was created as an action-oriented response to shifting societal trends.     After stepping away from the competitive dance industry, Stage Door Dance Productions recognized the need to infuse their programming with more training opportunities that were inclusive of character development and leadership skills.     The program creates conversation around relevant topics that empower girls to succeed in their personal and professional lives.     The messaging transcends the dance industry, and it is the intent of the organization to make sure all girls, parents, teachers, and stakeholders are able to benefit from the conversations and programming.     Now a fully independent entity, Girls Geared For Greatness is excited to inspire, empower, and transform girls nationally and internationally!
