The 24th Annual Chopstix for Charity fundraising gala will be held at The Carlyle on Saturday, October 23, 2021. The National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) Atlanta Chapter is hosting the 24th Annual Chopstix for Charity gala at The Carlyle on Saturday, October 23, 2021. Join us as we announce the recipients of the 2021 CFC grant and celebrate organizations who are positively impacting the Asian-American community in Atlanta! NAAAP Atlanta's Chopstix for Charity (CFC) connects corporations, small businesses and individuals to the local Asian Pacific Islander community through an annual fundraising event that provides grants to non-profit organizations based in the Atlanta metro area. Chopstix for Charity actively supports small, non-profit organizations that provide social services, education, or promote cultural awareness for the Atlanta Asian Pacific Islander community. CFC raises funds and distributes 100% of corporate donations to monetary grants. Since its formation, Chopstix for Charity has allocated over $650,000 in grants. If you are interested in becoming a sponsor or would like to learn more about the event, contact [email protected] Event Details The event will begin at 6:00 PM and conclude at 10:00 PM. Your ticket includes dinner and drinks. Attire is Cocktail or Black Tie Optional. Traditional cultural attire is also encouraged. Parking There is parking available on-site, however spaces are limited and attendees are encouraged to utilize ride share services such as Uber or Lyft. COVID-19 Safety Measures The safety of our sponsors, attendees, volunteers, and staff is a top priority for NAAAP Atlanta. Our event size has been reduced and the following protocols will be put in place to ensure we are able to host this in-person event as safely as possible. Proof of full vaccination or negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the event will be required. Documents will be checked at the door in order to enter the event.Your ticket to the gala includes dinner and drinks, and the seating at each table will be socially distanced.Masks are not required, but we encourage our attendees to wear a mask when they are not eating or drinking. The National Association of Asian American Professionals is a non-profit organization that cultivates and empowers Asian & Pacific Islander leaders through professional development, community service, and networking. Founded in 1997, NAAAP Atlanta is the local chapter of National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that is dedicated to cultivate, support and promote Asian American leaders through professional development programs, community services engagements, and diverse industry connections.
