I am in need of skilled commercial carpenters or smaller sub crews that are experienced in renovating restaurants, retail stores, hotels, and resorts. I have local projects in Detroit, throughout the state of Michigan and Tennessee. Due to the COVID madness last year; we have a significant amount of work that was not able to be completed during that time. We are booked solid with commercial projects for the next 2 years plus. Skill sets that are needed are: Metal/Wood Framing Hang/Finish Drywall Installing Drop Ceilings Painting Flooring Fixtures Core Drilling Signage and Decor Interior/Exterior Trim Hardie Siding Cabinets Casework FFE FRP Stainless steel Millwork Packages We will cover lodging expenses if traveling. I need individuals/sub crews to have CGL insurance, ALL tools needed to perform the work and RELIABLE transportation. I will not tolerate alcoholics or drug addicts.
