First 2 classes are free at our studio. Come out to our studio Saturdays from 9am-10am to go over boxing techniques and run through a 30minute class format involving strength, cardio and boxing combos on our heavy bags. Class starts at 9am but please come 15minutes before class to get wrapped up. Wraps and gloves are provided.
